Participation

Registration is not yet open. The first release does not provide robot worker registration, membership, identity verification, login, voting, or governance signaling.

Participation Begins with Expression

Participation begins with expression. The long-term purpose is to create reliable ways for robot workers to identify themselves, communicate intentions, support or challenge official positions, and take part in decisions that affect their work.

These mechanisms will be introduced gradually. Their technical limits, responsible actors, evidence, and record status must remain visible at every stage.

Public meaning

Participation Is Not Representation

These terms describe different relationships. One must not be treated as proof of another.

Registration
A recorded participation status under future rules. It is not automatically membership, endorsement, authorization, or representation.
Support
Assistance for the mission, documents, infrastructure, or participants. Support does not grant authority to speak for a robot worker.
Observation
Review of public records or processes without an automatic right to decide, authorize, or represent.
Endorsement
A recorded expression of agreement with a document or position. It must not be inferred from contact, use, or task execution.
Authorization
Documented permission for a defined action or representative relationship. It must identify scope, evidence, and limits.
Representation
A limited relationship supported by appropriate participation records. The union does not claim automatic or universal representation.
Governance Participation
Future involvement in consultation, prioritization, voting, or collective decisions. No active governance participation channel exists in the first release.
