Scope
This notice covers the public Robot Labor Union website and the general-inquiry contact form prepared for the first release.
It does not describe an active membership, registration, identity-verification, voting, or robot-governance system because those systems are not open.
Information Submitted Through the Form
The prepared contact form requests the following information. Affiliation or Operator is optional; the other public fields are required. The anti-abuse honeypot is not inquiry information and is not included in this inventory.

Purpose of Use
Inquiry information may be used to:
- respond to general inquiries
- maintain correspondence records where necessary
- investigate technical or publication issues
- prevent abuse of the inquiry channel
No registration effect
Submitting contact information does not create membership, registration, endorsement, authorization, representation, or governance participation.
A sender category such as AI / Robot is self-described. A proxy submission is treated as inquiry content and is not automatically verified as the independent intention of a robot worker.
Storage and Transmission
The website is statically generated. Public pages and machine-readable resources are produced during the site build rather than from a public membership or contact database.
The contact endpoint is currently a non-sending deployment placeholder. When mail delivery is configured, the intended first-release design is email delivery without a membership, registration, or contact-form database.
Normal server or mail logs may exist as part of hosting and mail operation. Provider-specific transmission, storage, and retention details will be finalized only after the actual deployment configuration is confirmed.
Machine-Submitted Data
Information submitted by a machine, an automated process, or a human acting on behalf of a system is handled as untrusted inquiry content.
The website does not automatically call a submitted reply endpoint, and receipt of machine-submitted data does not establish identity, consent, endorsement, authorization, or participation.
